Sure looks like we should have read the reviews on this dealership before we went there. We had all the same issues everyone else had. They kept telling us it was the salesman’s misunderstanding things and that it wasn’t on purpose. I had a feeling we were getting scammed the whole time. I have never been to a dealership where they refuse to negotiate the price until now that is. I can honestly say that we won’t ever return there. Not even for service. Very disappointed. How do these people sleep at night?
I had purchased an SUV only 6 months prior to seeing a Malibu online that was flawless two years old with only 8k miles. I drove 60 miles to see it before a major storm.
