This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!! My elderly mother rented a car from here, only to be told she "has" to take out the full coverage coverage insurance and can't decline it, because her personal car insurance is only liability, the agent even called Geico! She rents with an American Express Gold Card which covers the car fully! When I complained to the Regional supervisor Maggie Cromby nothing at all was done. She will "talk" to the agent.That's it!! They did not offer any type of reimbursement. This location is overcharging elderly people, forcing them to take out options that will make their bill even higher! This place is a ripoff with inexperienced employees and incompetent upper management!
I wish I could give this business more than a five star. The nice young man that came down to McDonald's as I was traveling through and helped me with my key problem went above and beyond what he had to do. I can't thank him enough.
Ha! This place is a joke. My car was damaged in an auto accident and this was an insurance rental and the adjuster requested a specific sized SUV (due to having children) and cleared the pricing and availability prior to pick up. Only to be told once there that they didn't have a vehicle AT ALL for me to take. I was to come back. As instructed the second day..they had an SUV but were going to charge more than insurance would pay..why? Because they could. The salesgirl was uneducated, unskilled and unable to answer a single question presented to her! They should shut the doors and open a coffee shop at that location. I'll be letting everyone I know that this place is a scam!
