Yesterday was my first time coming here. I was looking for a prom dress, and had no idea what I was looking for, I just had one picture of a dress I liked. No other store I have been to assigned consultants for PROM. I thought it was kinda strange at first, but it was so helpful and so nice!
They didn't have the dress I wanted, but they had something similar to it that I passed up. Looking at it I didn't really like it, but they suggested that I at least try it. Well, I am so thankful they did, because that is the dress I fell in love with!!! Out of all the dresses I had picked out myself, the one dress I didn't pick was the one I loved most. Kimberly was SO NICE, and so was the rest of the staff! They all checked up on me and talked to me and told me the dress looked beautiful on me. Out of all the stores I've been to, this one BY FAR is the BEST!! I can't rave about it enough!! I will never go anywhere else but here when looking for a formal dress from now on!
My friend and I went to Formals of Litchfield to look at prom dresses. The staff was rude, unprofessional and very judgmental. I told them my price range and was told rudely that I couldn't be that picky with my price range. I was being shown dresses not only out of my price range, but also what I did not want to see. I wasn't allowed to even text my mom pictures of dresses to show her while she was at work unless I decided on a certain dress and put a down payment on the dress. The sales ladies wouldn't leave our sight at all. We could not even discuss the dresses in private amongst ourselves. I did finally find a dress (by myself) in my price range and put a down payment on it. After picking the dress up a few days later, I tried the dress on again for my parents and noticed several beads missing. Not happy at all! We won't be back!
They listen, are friendly, and they have a lot of dresses to choose from! My daughter won her pageant in the dress we bought from Formals!
My mom and I just left from trying on wedding dresses here. These ladies are so incredibly helpful and make the whole experience extremely fun and enjoyable! We had Carlee assisting us and she was very caring and gave good objective advice when deciding on dresses. The store owner was also very helpful and honest about the business of wedding dresses and what services they offer, which I like. Since our visit was impromptu we weren't able to check out every dress but Carlee worked hard and fast to let us try on as many as we could. I was able to narrow down my selection and am waiting to decide. We may go back once more just to try on the rest of the selection before making a choice. If you are looking for a wedding or formal dress of any kind I highly recommend this shop for the experience alone. They are great!!!
They have a great program established for an awesome experience! We couldn't find anything local and gave them a shot. Huge selection for my plus size daughter. She had her own assistantto pull dresses and get her into them. The staff is very positive and supportive of the girls. We are looking forward to coming back for prom. Thanks ladies
