The absolute worst service experience I have ever been through. I had to waite for a service person and to make matters worse, they took a customer that had walked in after I did. Their deminer is so bad. Not friendly and don't want to help you. I guess they are only there for a pay check. I have had AT&T for over 10 years and will never set foot in that store again and will tell anyone that askes me about the store that they would be better off going to another store in another town. So MAD!!!!!
Had a great quick experience at this AT&T store. Ashly was AMAZING!! Ashy is extremely knowledgeable about all the devices, transferred all my information, registered by new screen protector and walked me thru my new phone. She definitely made this experience more tolerable than I had anticipated. Thank you Ashly!
They can't do much to help you in store. Save time and just call AT&T directly.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in to try and get an issue resolved with my phone. It got wet and I wanted to see what I could do about replacing it. Upon walking into the store the clerk, a young woman with very dark hair, was sitting at one of the tables. She barely looked up to greet me and did not engage me until I was basically at her table. Clearly I was having a bad day, but I was civil and told her that my phone was dead and checked on if I had insurance. Her answers and general attitude were garbage. I had to leave the store instead of trying to get my issue resolved because I was so frustrated and angry about her lack of assistance and general crappy attitude. I understand that everyone has a bad day but you leave that at the door when you come to work. Your attitude can make or break a sale. I have heard the same sort of situation from family and friends that this location has the worst customer service and this girl, specifically, is one of the main sources of it. I will never come back to this store and I advise anyone who has AT&T to travel elsewhere to get help because this store cannot properly help you.
