each month the water bill is over 60-70 dollars. there is only 1 person who normally lives there (im there on weekends). I asked why its so high a while back, they said it was because our pipes are old. we got all the pipes replaced. then they tell us its an old toilet(that dosent seem to be leaking). one toilet is NOT causing that much water. at least not without a noticeable leak. also, over the winter we had a busted pipe(before we replaced the pipes) and they were not willing to work with us. we had to pull several hundred dollars out of thin air for something that every other town we have ever lived in held sympathy and allowed us to break it up into smaller payments over a few months. wish i could give less stars.
Apparently splotchy white clothing is in fashion. This is the second time that a load of white clothing has been ruined because of Litchfield's water. This is at least the 6th time that we have dealt with yellow water. It would be nice to know when the water resembles chicken soup before we decide to take a shower, do laundry, or cook a meal. And since I will just get a snarky remark from Litchfield water, the only thing I can do is write a google review.
