She was courteous and patient.
Sat down, 15 minutes later, came to get drink order, asked us if we were ready to order, had to tell her, we never got a menu, waited another 10 minutes for her to come take order. Had to leave, because if it took 20 minutes to get food, boys wouldn't make it to soccer game. Paid for drinks and left. They didn't even offer to put drinks in to go cups! Won't go back to that horribly run place!

Great server! Food was great! Salad bar was not fully stocked.
She offered boxes and to go drinks because she knew that'd we would be on the road for a few more hours. When she brought out our boxes, she folded them and had them ready for easy access.
